Happy Thanksgiving to all! I have to say that this is one tradition that I think we should embrace in Australia but for now I will live vicariously through all the beautiful images from US magazines and blogs! I just love Ruthie Sommers style! Both these pictures show a fairly neutral palate of black and cream colouring with touches of silver which just look sensational together. Classically understated glamour! I would love to have enough light to be able to paint a room black like in the first pic but I don't know if I would have the courage! Tracey x

Adding Interest...

When I stumbled across this room on the Traditional Home website, it really stood out as a calm, beautiful use of space. The gray/blue colouring in the wallpaper with the mirror piece against it was just so glamourous yet simple at the same time. Hope you all had a good weekend.
