I bought this faux bamboo guilded mirror a few months ago and only just cleared a space for it on the weekend! As you can see, I have not finished - the magazines are a jumbled mess, there are no photos in the picture frames and I would eventually love wallpaper on the wall behind it but it was fun doing something in my own house for a change. Hope you all had a lovely weekend...I'm enjoying time at home for my kids school holidays so maybe a few more home projects will get done! Tracey xx
I love adapting traditional style furniture to suit modern life. How practical are these chairs - just wipe off the spilt juice! The yellow looks fabulous as well!

I just love browsing at Mrs Howard Personal Shopper as it shows so many beautiful pieces put together to create an interesting space. I love the velvet lounge with the contrast piping which is mixed with other pieces to create an elegant space. Well worth a look for some fresh design inspiration!

We have so many things to be thankful for, not least of which are our lovely clients who allow us to come into their homes and play! We have had another fun and busy week - for which we are grateful. I have had a very reflective morning as it is a special anniversary day in my family and it has just made me feel very thankful for every blessing! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! I just love going over to our mum's house and seeing what she has been up to! She always has something new to see. She is such a natural decorator and always has been. I just had to photograph the way she displayed her kitchen utensils in this basket - so gorgeous! As you can see she loves colour! 
I am currently surrounded by people who are travelling to exciting and exotic places which has definitely given me itchy feet to travel. When it is my turn, I want to stay here at Il San Pietro Di Positano on the Amalfi Coast! I'm just saying, one day it will be my turn! Tracey xx
